Like captains of cyberspace Journalism we navigate the "New World Order" created
through the culture of corruption and indifference that defined the domestic policies
of the Federal Government for the last eight years. The producers, writers, reporters and contributing associates of "Oregon Nation" provide a forum and voice for rural communities across Oregon and the nation. A chance to share their stories and opinions with a national audience. The mission of "Oregon Nation" is to Investigate, Report, and pursue the Answers, Accountability and Justice that our traditional
media has failed deliver. "Oregon Nation" is not in the business of creating news to create profits. Our commitment to the viewer is to report the stories that might lack the traditional criteria of ratings or political benefit seemed that dominate the last 8 years. We are determined to report on the issues and challenges we all face today. Only by contributing our individual talents will we find what we like to call the "Oregon state of Mind". It's this spirit of community and quality of life that motivated us to build futures in rural communities. Our goal with "Oregon Nation" is to to help repair the damage of the past 8 years and reclaim our future by sharing the news of our individual successes around the country. Today we face the greatest social and financial crisis in the history of the country and the result George Walker Bush's
personal war on the American middle class. "Oregon Nation" will practice our profession to secure the freedoms we allowed to be taken and are regaining at a very high cost. Our staff and contributors come from all walks of life. Media, broadcasting, law, education, the arts, technology, medicine, business, agriculture, transportation, government and more. We plan to use our collective and individual expertize to help create the change voted for November 5th. With the new administration we should be able to enjoy the process while building a new future for our children and grand children. With a little luck and a lot of hard work we will leave our country and planet a little better than we found it and share a dream we call...
